New Life In The Spirit is an excellent syllabus written by Mr. David Bowerman, a member of the Charismatic Episcopal Church of the Holy Apostles, Westminster, Maryland. He brings into this work his back ground from both the Roman Catholic and Assembly of God Churches. It is intended to be used over a period of eight weeks in a classroom setting, however, it can also be individually studied by those desiring the Baptism in the Holy Spirit. We would go so far as to recommend it as part of whatever course a church requires for membership and Confirmation. It can also be offered to the general public as an evangelical outreach.
